Our 5" square and rectangle ceramic baking dishes with silicone covers are perfect for baking or serving smaller portions of food. Each baking dish is designed to fit food previously frozen in Souper Cubes freeze trays. Our square baking dishes fits 2-cup frozen cubes and our rectangular baking dish fits 1-cup frozen cubes. Silicone covers allow you to store food in the refrigerator with a snug fitting clear covering.
Elegant and practical, you can use them to bake or serve individual meals or side dishes.

I’d been eyeing the 2 cup souper cubes with the ceramic dishes for a while. (I have the 1 cup Souper cubes and love them.). I made shepherds pie in the 2 cup units when they arrived. Perfect! My recipe made 6 - 2 cup portions, so I was able to freeze 4 portions, then make and cook the two extra portions right in the ceramic dishes for a hardy weeknight dinner for my husband and I! We now have a freezer stash of soups, chili, apple cobbler, and meatloaf. Perfect when cooking only for two these days!
