Do my previous purchases count?
You can start accumulating rewards once you sign up for our loyalty program. We do not apply rewards for purchases made before you sign up for our program.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points by making a purchase at soupercubes.com and by completing other actions listed in our program, such as leaving a review or following us on social media. Our full list of ways to earn points is always listed on our Loyalty page above.
Can I earn points if I purchase Souper Cubes from Amazon or from another retailer?
Points are awarded from purchases made through soupercubes.com. At this time, we do not rewards points for purchases made outside of our website.
Do my points expire?
Your points are valid for 365 days.
Can I combine my loyalty rewards with other offers or coupons?
You cannot combine a rewards voucher (either money off or gift added to order) with other discounts available on the site (including site-wide sales or special promotions).
