Our 5" square and rectangle ceramic baking dishes with silicone covers are perfect for baking or serving smaller portions of food. Each baking dish is designed to fit food previously frozen in Souper Cubes freeze trays. Our square baking dishes fits 2-cup frozen cubes and our rectangular baking dish fits 1-cup frozen cubes. Silicone covers allow you to store food in the refrigerator with a snug fitting clear covering.
Elegant and practical, you can use them to bake or serve individual meals or side dishes.

Hi! We’re Michelle & Jake, the founders of Souper Cubes®.

My order of these beautiful blueberry dishes arrived about 4 days prior to my husband’s extensive surgery. We live over an hour away from the hospital, and I knew I’d be coming home tired and hungry in the evening. Perfect time to use my souper cubes! I prepared several soups, beans, quinoa and chicken dishes, all portioned neatly into the souper cube containers and frozen. Each night I’d pull a meal from the freezer to the refrigerator for overnight. After being at the hospital all day, it was so lovely to just heat and eat, with the addition of a quick veggie. I think these are the most ingenious addition to prepping ever, and am so glad I tried them. Super well made, and I love the addition of the silicone lids, though I think I won’t use the lids in the oven as they’re too difficult to get off without getting burned. 100% recommend!

I love my souper cube tray,
Previously it was a struggle with getting food ready since I had a bariatric sleeve. I can cook myself a meal and freeze the rest in correct portions to reheat later, no food wasted because I had to cook a whole portion. Of when making single serve pasta (4 portions for me) I can freeze the rest and reheat later just enough. No wastage no reheating reheated leftovers.
